I. BASIC INFORMATION

•If you want to use my art made for you for any commercial purposes, ask me for the permission.
•Please make sure to credit me when reposting my art or adding it to your character's gallery.
•I am asking you to do not message me while I'm commissioned by you about how's my day been etc. It makes me really uncomfortable. We do not know eachother as friends and I would like you to know that.
•I reserve my right to use your commission as an example of my work on any website/social media WITHOUT crediting the character owner. Please inform me first if you do not want me to share my work for you. (It doesn't mean that i treat your OC as mine, i just don't say it's yours until someone asks me about it).
•I have the right to refuse to take your commission.
•You have to provide me a clear reference. I don't take orders from description.
•Another character is +100% of the price

II. PAYMENT

I accept (from most to least preferable):
•Bank transfer (polish people only)
•dA points
•Paypal

•I do not take payment after doing the commission. I will ask you to send it before I start my work.
•I don't take refunds AFTER I begin to draw your commission. If I don't start, I can give you a 90% refund.
•I can charge more for additional clothes, details or a more complex design (I will inform you before you pay if additional fee is required).

III. PROCESS & WORK

•I usually take up to 3 months with my work.
•I don't work on holidays.
•You will be informed about any delays on your commission.
•I send w.i.p's throughout the process, you do not need to do checkups on me. Please do not message me every 5 minutes about the status of your work.
•I won't change the pose after doing the sketch. You can request me to do a pose you want, but I require this information before I start.
